Good morning my dear teachers and professors :
It’s my honour to be here for your interview. My name is …, I am 22 years old. And I have studied nearly 4 years in our department. My major in college is …(专业名)Design.
Generally speaking I am motivated, active, ambitious and hard working. When I was sophomore I did many works for the student union of our department. And now I am the monitor of my class.
I learn a lot in my four years’ study. I have already passed CET-6 and NCRE-3(National Computer Rank Examination) and got the national authentication in the craft of numerical control.
When I was junior, I join the competition of … . After 5 months effort with my teammates I fortunately won the first place. So I could stand here to attend this interview.
I chose …(专业名) mechanics as my graduate specialty. Because I like teamwork and practice. These days I am busy working with my senior fellows in the xxx laboratory to debug the xxx system. 1.应试者的仪表风度
仪表风度是指应试者的体态外貌、穿着举止以及精神状态等 。其具体要求是:
1.穿着整齐、得体、无明显失误;
2.沉着、稳重、大方;
3.走路、敲门、坐椅符合礼节;
4.精力充沛;
5.口语文雅、礼貌 。
对仪态风度的测定没有专门的题目,而是由考官在整个面试过程中通过观察给应试者一个评定,所以就要求应试者在整个面试过程中保持始终如一的仪态风度 。由于在应试者进入考场后,考官首先看到的就是仪态风度,这就使考官在面试正式开始前就对应试者有了个最初的印象,而这个最初的印象将给考官留下很深的印象,并进而影响甚至控制着在正式面试中考官对应试者的评价 。正如一位有经验的主考官所说,一个人能否被录用往往在他步入考场的那一瞬间就决定了,虽然此话有些夸张仪态风度对面试的影响,但其重要由此也可见一斑 。
2.应试者的智力结构
所谓智力,是指人对客观事物的认识和理解能力,智力的因素包括观察能力、记忆能力、思维能力与想象能力 。智力是人的各种能力的基础 。
(1) 观察能力
观察是一种有目的、有计划、有意识、有选择地感知客观事物的过程,是人们大量积累材料、增加感认识的主动形式 。观察能力的评分要点是观察的广度,精确度和整体如何 。
(2) 记忆能力
记忆力的评分要点是记忆的敏捷、持久、精确和准备 。
(3)注意力
注意力是各种心理活动必不可少的特 。关于注意力的评分要点是注意的指向和集中、稳定、广阔、转移 。
(4)想象能力
想象能力是人的一种特殊的思维活动,是人的创造才能的基础 。
(5)思维能力
思维是人脑对客观事物的间接概括反映,是人脑反映事物的高级形式,具有无限的广阔、深刻、独创和灵活,思维能力是智慧能结构的核心因素 。
